TERMS & CONDITIONS
These terms & conditions shall apply to all purchases made on the Reefsdie online shopping Cart so customers must read and agreed on these terms before placing an order as this indicates to “accept terms”.
1. Orders & Delivery: Free delivery will be done to Male, Hulhumale, Vilingili Ferry terminal, Velana International Airport and to all other Island’s Boat (Male’ Jetty). Order placed before 3pm will be delivered within same day, however, order placed after 3pm will be delivered on the following day (Except Friday and other public holidays). The items will be delivered to the customers on Saturday – Thursday between 10:00am – 10:00pm. The customer who received the product subject to sign on the delivery note. In case if the customer is not available on the delivery time, customer has to inform about the person who receive the product on behalf of the customer prior to the delivery time.
2. Payment Terms: All prices are designates in this website is in Maldivian Rufiyaa (MVR) including GST. The customer shall make the payment same time of placing an order on the website by online transfer, bank deposit & cash-on-delivery.
3. Return, Replacement & Refunds: If a customer is not satisfied with the product should be notified within 24hours of the delivery time. However, the replacement, return and refund policy implied by legislation and to the maximum extent permitted by Maldives Trade Law. Customer must take good care of the product while they are in customer’s possession. The return product must be in new or unused condition and in its original packaging.
4. Warranty products: The terms of warranty are specified in the warranty card of the product and we act on the brand policy & guideline. In case a product require to do a service during warranty period, Reefside authorized Watch Care Center or Electronics Service Center would be able to do the needful as per the guideline of the brand.
6. Intellectual property All content (texts, trademarks, illustrations, photos, graphics, files, designs, arrangement, etc.) include on this website is a property of Reefside and protected by copyright laws.
7. Complaints and disputes If there is an occasion where an issue has not been resolved to your satisfaction customer may contact a member of Customer Care via 335000 or email: email@example.com about the issue. Complaints will be dealt with in adherence to the guideline and policy of the company.
8. Changes to Terms Each order is governed by the terms and conditions current when the order is placed. We may add to, delete or otherwise change these terms and conditions without notice. It is your responsibility to read and understand these terms and conditions each time you place an order.
